Use star categories in Gmail

Sometimes just using a “star” on an email isn’t enough. Sometimes, you need star categories for organising emails into a few different groups.

To do so in Gmail, just head to the Settings page. Halfway down the page, you should see an option to turn on options for using one star, four stars, or all stars.

Just click the star icon successively to cycle through each one.
