LaunchVic has announced the launch of a dedicated landing page for the Victorian startup ecosystem via the dealroom.co platform. This is great news for the community, as well as anyone who enjoys sticky-peaking at financials and analytics.

The site works as a one-stop-shop for Victorian startups and scaleups, offering extensive financial data including valuation, investors and growth figures. Users can even dive deeper into the analytics by signing up for a free account.

Investors, funding, universities, and accelerators also have their own dedicated spaces. There are also tabs for specific portfolios, such as unicorns and the women-focused Alice Anderson Fund.

And for those interested in seeing which sectors received the most funding in Victoria since 2000, there’s an investment heat map as well.

The platform also allows you to deep dive into specific sectors such as agtech, fintech, healthtech and more. This not only allows you to see startups playing in these spaces, but who’s investing in them and which are the fastest growing.

The organisation took to social media, inviting people to create a profile.

“Whether you’re a founder, investor, or policymaker, you can find valuable insights such as: Victoria’s new and upcoming startups, unicorns, top ranked startups, fastest growing startups,” LaunchVic said.

“Create a profile on Dealroom Victoria today and start exploring now.”

There is also a dedicated job board for anyone looking for a role specifically in the Victorian startup space. At the time of writing, there were already eight postings live.

And as a reminder, you can also find the largest startup job board in Australia at My Startup Gig.

The entire platform is a treasure trove of information that’s easy to access, thanks to the streamlined dealroom.co’s platform. It’s a joy to use for nerds like me.

It’s currently unclear how much LaunchVic is paying for the service. But according to recent pricing, the platform starts at US$500 a month for a basic package, which comes with two admin accounts, unlimited projects and guest accounts and 5GB of storage.

The ‘professional’ tier jumps to US$1500 a month for five admin and 20GB storage. There are also pricier ‘company’ and ‘enterprise tiers that give you 50GB and 500GB storage, respectively.
