How iCatalyst started
In a landscape dominated by large multinationals with limited focus on experienced local talent, Perth-based iCatalyst co-founders Dennis Chan, Andrew Devitt and Justin Martin recognised in 2020 the opportunity to provide a team of highly qualified and well-regarded Dynamics experts to cater for the Western Australian market, differentiated by an unwavering focus on Microsoft Business Applications.
In the subsequent years, iCatalyst has expanded its services and offerings to a national level.
Growth
Today, the iCatalyst team offers unparalleled knowledge and capability across the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, and the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Its reputation as one of the market leaders is enticing Dynamics 365 professionals to approach iCatalyst for work opportunities.
In the 2024 financial year, the company strengthened its internal operations and growth opportunities through significant new hires across marketing, office management, sales and customer success, including an east coast account executive and national customer success manager.
Where to next
The company has also recently acquired key foundation customers in each target location and opened offices in Melbourne and Sydney. This national expansion will continue in the 2025 financial year, with a progressive target of signing on an additional 50 new customers and achieving 50% growth.
In the next 12 months, iCatalyst will also focus on generating opportunities around its Support and Managed Services offering, with plans to onboard over 50% of existing customers and target new accounts across the Dynamics market.
