How InvestorKit started
During Arjun Paliwal’s early career with the Commonwealth Bank, he developed a passion and expertise in property investment. Examining the flaws in the industry, particularly in the realm of buyer’s agents, he realised an opportunity existed to create a more transparent, data-driven approach to property advisory services. With this in mind, in 2018 he launched InvestorKit, a national firm dedicated to leveraging data insights and addressing industry shortcomings.

InvestorKit’s usual margin target of 25-35% before tax profits recently reduced down to just over 15%, resulting in redundancies and a restructuring of the company. Now that these changes have been made, however, the business has returned to the profit range, with 29% FY 23/24, and is now continuing to grow profitably and create more jobs.
Where to next
Looking ahead to FY 25, InvestorKit aims to further elevate its revenue to $11.5 million and profit to $3-$3.5 million, while maintaining its five-star Google review rating. There are plans to expand the acquisition team by 50% and introduce flexible service options. Additionally, an investment of $1.6 million in AI over three years aims to enhance internal systems and client experiences.
