A new site that uses social recruiting techniques to help recruiters find “hidden” talent has been launched in Australia.

2Vouch allows employers and recruiters to advertise a job for free. 2Vouch members – well-connected professionals with strong networks – then recommend someone (or even themselves) for the job.

If their recommendation is successful, the referee gets paid $1400 to $2800. Companies only pay when they hire someone, and there is even a 110% money-back guarantee if the hiring does not work out.

2Vouch CEO Riges Younan, who has a background in executive recruitment, believes referrals are the most powerful recruitment tool. “So we make it easy and efficient for companies to use the social networks of our members to get to people who are hard to reach.”
