Tech trend on email hotkeysDo you find yourself sending email to the same people over and over again? There’s a shortcut in Windows that can help you by enabling you to send to one contact with just a few clicks.

First, right-click anywhere on the desktop and then click “New – Shortcut”. Then in the location subject line, you need to type “mailto: email@website.com”, using whatever email address you want to send to.

After that, you can give the shortcut a name and leave it on your desktop.

Then, you need to right-click the shortcut, and then choose “Properties”. You can then type in any shortcut key you want – but make it easy to remember.

Then, whenever you need to send an email to that particular address, simply type the shortcut and you’re good to go.
