Brothers Matt, Chris and Tim Barge are in the process of expanding their successful Sydney restaurant PaperPlanes to Bali and New York.

But the trio were initially stymied by stubbornness and an inability to delegate. Today, they explain how they managed to work out roles that helped create a more harmonious business.
