The thought of dealing with a retail landlord like Westfield is enough to make most start-ups shake in their boots.

But for Stanley Hsu, whose business myCube won the Best Start-up Idea at the 2012 StartupSmart Awards, negotiating with Westfield proved to be far easier than he ever imagined.
