Australia’s tough new patent laws are set to have a huge impact on start-ups, who will have to prove their ideas are truly innovative.

 

According to Nina Hendy, entrepreneurs are going to find it increasingly difficult to obtain a valid patent following the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act, introduced earlier this year.

 

As a result, Hendy has outlined how to hurdle these new laws.
