A new website has popped up to help people indulge in what has been a great Australian past-time – property investment.
Sydney company Streetfolio has built a website of the same name to provide online tools to help investors keep track of their portfolio of properties by providing an updatable web-based index of properties.
Each user can create their own profile with a list of their properties and the cash flow, lease, mortgage and insurance status of each. Digital pictures of each property can also be stored on the website, ready for uploading to a rental listing or property sale site when the time comes for re-letting or selling.
A list of relevant contacts – for example, tenants and maintenance companies – and email reminders of things to do can also be entered on the site. Streetfolio is free to use for one property, with listings for extra properties starting from $7 per month.
