For those employers who are looking for more than just an annual review – you’re in luck.
This month saw the launch of Rypple – a Canadian web-based peer review tool which allows colleagues to give each other feedback on their performance.
Users register on the site, ask a question concerning their performance or behaviour, and select which colleague will receive the question. They can receive an answer as soon as the person answering the question sends a message back.
Questions can be tagged with keywords, and feedback can be given anonymously. In a beta test, the service is free, but paid advancements are planned to be introduced.
