Australian retailer Woolworths has secured a spot in LinkedIn’s 2017 list of the best company pages on the professional networking platform, alongside well-known US brands Nike, Cisco and HP.
Global recruitment firm Hays topped the list, which was based on 9000 nominations submitted by LinkedIn users across the globe last week.
The top 10 company pages were selected because they feature “thought-provoking content and eye-catching imagery that showcase the best of the brands to their respective audiences on LinkedIn”, according to LinkedIn content marketing manager Alex Rynne, who released the rankings in a blog post on Thursday.
“These companies don’t just deliver compelling content, though. They encourage engagement by interacting with their visitors and followers on LinkedIn,” Rynne said.
“Many … are also attracting top talent by sharing remarkable experiences from employees. They’re giving visitors an inside at the company culture, mission and vision.”
