Power Players seem to step up when the rest of us want to run away, curl up in the fetal position and suck our thumbs – especially when it comes to conversations the rest of us would rather avoid.

When Power Players sense a conversation coming their way that might be a little sticky or uncomfortable they know it’s not going to go away of its own accord.

Instead of looking for ways to avoid or resist the conversation they bring it on because they know that if the conversation bothers them that much it’s usually because they know it’s an important one to have.

Take this lesson as a very important one to learn – if you are resisting something or someone it usually means you need to face it and sort it.

Power Players also know that once they have the conversation the bottleneck they’ve been experiencing usually get sorted out and everything starts to flow a lot more smoothly.

Stop resisting and start facing up. Power Players have the ticker to do exactly that. Give it a shot.
