The new financial year is here and I am ready and raring to go.
I don’t care that the first half of 2012 has been tough. I don’t care that not everything has gone right.
I look back and I see a number of crucial successes. I see sales that were tenaciously closed by a pugnacious team. I see deals that were dragged across the line against the odds. I see a team that is hungry and ready to go.
The 2012-13 financial year is going to be bigger than big. It’s going to be the best financial year in the history of our business.
We are going to close more deals than ever.
We are going to introduce new products.
We are going to bring on new staff with new ideas and new ways of working.
We are going to get smarter and leaner and more efficient.
We’ll be focused, but alive to new opportunities.
We’re going to hit targets and then go after our stretch targets.
And we’re going to have a tonne of fun doing it.
