If you’ve been following Facebook’s announcements closely then you’ll know the company announced a new desktop chat application.

It’s meant to replace the in-browser chat, so you can keep in contact with all of your friends and colleagues without actually heading to the site.

But the window itself can get annoying – you can actually snap the window to the side of the screen to keep an eye on all your activity.

To lock in the window, just click the “box” icon in the bottom-right hand corner of the window. Then it’ll snap to the right hand of the screen and all your windows will adjust accordingly.
