No doubt iOS 5 users have been getting used to the new features on their iPhones and iPads, particularly the new gestures and notification centre, along with iCloud.
However, one new feature, the remote iCloud backup, may cause some users trouble if they don’t have a large bandwidth quota. While the iPad and iPhone backup only when connected to WiFi and plugged in, some users still may want to turn this feature off.
To do so, open the Settings app either in the iPhone or iPad, and then hit the “iCloud” button on the left-hand side.
Then, you hit the “storage and backup” button. At the bottom of the screen you’ll see a feature where you can turn the “iCloud Backup” off or on again.
