How to create your first growth plan

Growing is what every entrepreneur hopes and plans to do, but many never reach their targets or even set targets in the first place.

We spoke to James Scollay, general manager of the business division at accounting software provider MYOB, about the three steps entrepreneurs need to take to create a simple, solid growth plan.
