Social networking site Twitter has established a deal that will see it involved in a new television series.
The micro-blogging start-up said earlier this week that it teamed up with Reveille Productions and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to develop a new “reality” television show.
The show will document its contestants trying to locate celebrities by using the site. The producers of the new show have said in a statement that the show is the first of its kind.
“Twitter is transforming the way people communicate, especially celebrities and their fans,” said Reveille managing director Howard Owens,
No further information has been given about the television show, or when it will air.
