Drew Kelton, former head of Telstra International, has now been appointed a non-executive director of mobile entertainment group MobileActive.
The company itself creates mobile entertainment services including games, music, applications and marketing programs.
“Having a person of Mr Kelton’s extensive corporate and executive experience in telecommunications, particularly in expanding operations and reaching out to new customers, will be invaluable in assisting MobileActive’s growth strategy,” MobileActive chairman David Haines said in a statement.
Recently, MobileActive acquired a majority stake in racing information group 12Follow and TopBetta. It has also established a partnership with Britain-based Mobile Interactive Group.
