The fourth version of the Mozilla Firefox browser will be coming on March 22, if everything goes according to plan.
According to a post on the Mozilla forums written by employee Damon Sicore, March 22 is the target date for delivering the final version of the software, which has been available in test versions for some weeks.
“As of now, there are no known issues that would stop us from shipping RC1 as final… March 22 is the day we would ship,” he said.
The release candidate has already been made available to users since last week. The new version features a significant amount of new benefits, including a new tab system that is similar to the way Google Chrome organises pages within a browser.
