Adobe chief executive Shantanu Narayen has said during the D9 conference in California that the battle between itself and Apple has finally ended.
“Yes, the argument is over from our point of view,” Narayen said, according to Boy Genius Report. “We are so excited about opportunities we have. We’re focused on that.”
Narayen also said the company is contributing to HTML5, and that Flash is “really a small part of the company”.
“It’s clear that it’s not a technology issue… We allow people to author once,” he said. “However, interviewer Walt Mossman quipped that he is “yet to see a tablet where Flash works really well”.
