TiVo working on iOS apps

Digital recording solution TiVo is currently working on iOS apps that will allow users to control their set-top boxes from their phones, new reports suggest.

CEPro has reported the apps are currently in development, and that the service is also working on Android apps.

TiVo has allowed users to manage their TiVo boxes through mobile websites, but it appears this capability will now be coming to native app solutions.

The company’s current iPad app allows users to remote control their box and organise their recording details.
