Research In Motion senior product manager Ryan Bidan has left the company for Samsung, according to a new report from CrackBerry.
The move comes just weeks after RIM vice president of digital marketing and media also left to join the Korean electronics giant.
The publication has pointed to Bidan’s LinkedIn account, where he is now listed as director of product marketing for Samsung America.
The move comes during a troubling time for RIM. It has downgraded profit forecasts and analysts have lowered stock expectations as a result.
The handset maker also responded to a letter posted allegedly by an employee on Boy Genius Report, which set out a number of methods by which it could improve its operations.
